Remember and Honor
Bonefide would like to remember the men and women who have served our country and honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving the US military.
In support of employee’s family time and work-life balance, Bonefide will be implementing a Flex-Friday schedule. Beginning on May 27th, our offices will operate with a reduced staff; please plan accordingly. SAG-AFTRA Commercial Contract Update!
We’re sharing the news below from the JPC to make you aware that the 2019 Commercials Contracts will be extended on a day-by-day basis.
New York (March 31, 2022) — SAG-AFTRA and The Joint Policy Committee, LLC have agreed to extend the Commercials Contracts on a day-by-day basis.
During this time, all terms and conditions of the 2019 Commercials Contracts — including all waivers and provisions that might otherwise sunset — shall be extended.
The parties will continue to negotiate, and Bonefide will keep you posted!

Holiday Production Planning!
We wanted to reach out with some helpful Year-End Housekeeping 🧹. Here are a few scheduling reminders to make your Year-End well…. easier!
During the Holiday season, our office will have limited staffing in an effort for our family to be with their families during the holiday season.
From December 22nd, 2021 thru January 3rd, 2022, we will do our best to respond to your inquiry, but please anticipate there may be delays during this time. Given the time sensitivity of the work we do and support, please notate your year-end calendar and plan accordingly.

SAG-AFTRA, JPC, and PGA Statement on Return to Work in Commercial and Independent Production
The JPC has released a joint statement in collaboration with SAG-AFTRA and the PGA regarding the decision to lift the previously announced production pause in Southern California, effective February 01, 2021.

This is not how any of us planned to begin the year… but in an effort of caution, SAG-AFTRA and industry organizations have agreed to recommend a temporary hold on in-person productions in Southern California.

Payroll Processing Schedule:

All requests for payments that are required to be processed in 2020 must be received by Bonefide no later than Monday, December 10, 2020.

Holding Fees due through Monday, January 4, 2021, must be authorized no later than the December 14 cut-off date to ensure timely payment to performers.

Payment authorizations received after the cut-off date will be processed in 2021.

Urgent payment requests received after December 14, 2020, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
